FINANCE SUPERVISOR
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage budget preparation, validation and consolidation.
Look into operational and financial results and make recommendations for improvements.
Review capital budgeting/CAPEX proposals and make recommendations to management (depending on the amount)
Create financial models (for CAPEX reviews, project-based endeavors, and business forecasts - cost-benefit analysis, payback, IRR, ROI, NPV, Cash Flow, comparatives, etc.) to support future business decisions.
Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing the results of analyses and present the results to senior management (SMAM and OPCOM/MPOM reports, and others)
Prepare financial report for VisMin.
Prepare Gross Margin Analysis for VisMin
Prepare and check costing of development requests.
Support the company in other ADHOC activities.
SECONDARY DUTIES
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience in Accounting or Finance and end-to-end general commercial accounting
Credible, ethical, full disclosure and clean financial history
Knowledgeable in SAP Accounting System
