ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Main Job Function:
Prepares Consignment Sales Reconciliation of VISMIN Accounts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct price audit and sales reconciliation thru liquidation report vs merchandisers report and apply discounts using approved TMPP Memo.
Ensure completeness of promo discount Memo.
Post and clearing of promo discount expense (Credit Memo) in SAP system.
Participate in the inventory audit of the store and compute inventory variance.
Ensure that the Agency will send a monthly sales report for reconciliation.
Prepares monthly sales report for submission to Corporate Accounting.
Responsible for clearing of consignment adjustment in VISMIN Accounts.
In-charge in fixed asset management.
Assist accounting supervisor in related accounting reports.
Ensure that accounting policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Meeting of KPI Targets set by the Department
Maintain confidentiality of all company matters.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Commerce major in Management Accounting/Financial Management or any related course.
At least a minimum of 1 year experience working in Consignment Accounting process and principles.
Has Knowledge in SAP Accounting System and proficient in MS Office
Has leadership skills and can communicate effectively.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience.
Fosters integrity and honesty.
