Duties & Responsibilities
To manage professional and personal appointments of the President
Prepares various correspondence and memo upon direction of the President.
Undertakes initial review of incoming requests / documents / emails intended for the President.
Ensures that directives given by the President to other officers / employees/departments are properly cascaded.
Prepares minutes of meeting (Sales / Sales Admin / Marketing / Service Depts.) and follows-up completion of tasks prior to the next meeting. Distributes copy of minutes to concerned departments.
Prepares request for cash/check payment for the transportation/representation allowances and other expenses of the President.
Schedules meetings and personal appointments of the President.
Handle distribution of approved Manpower Request Forms by the President.
Performs other tasks given by the VP-Sales & Marketing.
Specific Knowledge and Skills and Attitude
Good time management
Good communications skills, written and verbal
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Be able to take accurate notes of meetings
Tact and discretion, for dealing with any confidential information
Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant /Secretary /Admin
Graduate of any 4 years degree course
