Engineering Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field
With at least 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor
Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Industry
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Must have previous experience leading others in a high productivity work environment
Troubleshoot complex assembly manufacturing process performance issues; provide technical guidance to team members
Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision
Attend meeting if needed and prompt the production status based on production schedule
Ensure all employees abide the company regulations
Review work instruction or special instruction before assembly started
Escalate production issues to Superior
Perform quality check & monitoring of each process
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
