Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate as Ref & Aircon Technician, Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in facilities management
Must be able to assist the Engineering Head in planning, studying and implementation of projects and objectives for the department.
Able to coordinate with the other departments in planning, conceptualization and implementation of engineering related activities.
Can prepare weekly staff schedule for approval of in house engineer and monitor daily labor hours to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Checks status and condition of Head Offcie or restaurant equipment/maintenance system covering the store's internal and external areas.
Sets goals and objectives for engineering department staff to achieve defined and measurable performance parameters.
