• Process all Ecommerce orders timely and efficiently
• Analyze Ecommerce activity and business trends
• Make suggestions on website and Ecommerce account enhancements
• Adding new items and maintaining existing items on Ecommerce accounts
• Audit current and new Ecommerce content
• Managing customer relations via email and phone
• Work with fulfillment center to guarantee accuracy of orders
• Manage EDI third party services and connectivity
• Maintain updated inventory levels in Ecommerce platforms
• Update SOPs for EDI Ecommerce orders
• Other duties as assigned or as become evident
 
 
 
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Word processing software such as Word and PowerPoint.
• Spreadsheet software such as Excel.
• Order processing software such as SAP.
• Internet software such as Shopify, Magento, Salsify
