Client has multiple projects of varying scales. Draftsman is needed to create the initial sketches/ concept to pass on to the architect.
Excellent Computer Skills
Proficient in Sketchup & AutoCAD
No work experience needed
Knowledge in 2D & 3D modelling
Detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work
Can create quick sketches and rough renders
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
Create 3D models and perspectives using Sketchup
Revise and update drawings based on feedback or project changes
Open to multiple revisions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents
