Qualifications:
Graduate of Vocational, Bachelor and/or relevant Engineering degree
Must be proficient in CAD Drafting & Design
Outstanding Ability to Interpret Technical Drawings & Specifications
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Exceptional initiative
High Level of Analytical & Technical Problem-Solving Skills
Advance knowledge in mathematics
Efficient, well-organized and hardworking
Knowledge of Telecom Engineering and/or relevant in fiber optics is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and analyze detailed CAD drawings and designs for appropriate projects.
Ability to read, analyze, & understand specific project scopes of work and translate into drafting requirements.
Increase ability to fulfill assignments that require independent judgment and evaluation.
Responsible for providing quality drawings.
Accurately review and interpret client specifications and instructions.
Build and maintain a familiarity with individual client requirements and adapt to new client preferences.
Revise drawings per customer and internal redlines.
Maintains good communication between project managers, co-drafters, admin staff.
Report status and interface with Project Manager regarding project timelines
Work within timelines and deliverable quality on medium to large sized projects with the assistance of the Project Manager.
Mentor and assist newer drafters. May be asked to have someone job shadow as a part of the training process.
