DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER
 
SALARY: Depending on Experience
 
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a strategy to establish a network of dealers to expand market share and sales performance
Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve and go beyond sales goals
Adjust plans and strategies promptly based on market changes and customer needs
Decide well which dealers to tap into to achieve objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
Convince dealers to carry our products and negotiate win-win deals
Gain expert familiarity with all products
Analyze market trends and competitors
Facilitate recruitment, training, and disciplining of staff to meet distribution goals
Build, manage, and monitor sales teams
Provide clear sales targets for team members
Conduct dealer visits to gain insights into customer and dealer needs and experiences
Provide timely solutions and support
Provide market feedback and recommendations to support company decision-making
Submit sales reports with analysis and evaluation
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant and meaningful work experience in Sales Management position preferably in liquor or manufacturing industry
Engineering or Accounting background is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Has good oral and written skills
Willing to travel
Knows how to drive
Has clean driving record
