Key Responsibilities:
 
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commissary, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency in the supply chain.
Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Implement and improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements
 
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production or commissary setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
