We are actively looking for a pleasant, organize and methodical Commercial or Retail Lease Administrator who will oversee and monitor all CoinOp leases and contracts to shopping centres and franchisees, ensuring proper documentation and renewal of all lease documents.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to Property Manager in managing all paper works associated with contract/lease agreements to ensure complete documentation and processes
Develops and drafts business proposals for shopping centres for strategic partnership and to support organizational goals
Maintains and organized system of physical and digital records, and ensure all records are up to date
Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant payments or information have been met
Manages business correspondence to Franchisees in relation to business compliance, events and products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Koalakrane franchisees and respond to requests, and inquiries as needed
Adhere to company standards and policies and seek assistance from Management when needed.
Performs related duties as required.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume lease administration
Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment, with minimal supervision
Possess a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suites, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, spreadsheets and DocuSign are necessary.
Strong communication skills both written and oral
