Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting customer-facing team members in reporting, systems management, and software reconciliations. The role is internal, designed to support the internal team and through them the customer.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Campaign Managers in back-end operational facets of campaign set-up including, but not limited to, the campaign builds, list uploads and updates, creative uploads, and campaign adjustments.
Provides campaign reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis, using the different company software systems and Excel files.
Reviews, recovers, retrieves, and adjusts reports as needed.
Converts reports into digestible information for the Customer-Facing team.
Monitors campaign pacing
Provide regular updates to the Account team regarding the campaign
Develops effective relationships and regular communication with business internal partners in a highly matrixed team environment.
Conducts ad-hoc projects and analyses.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in a BPO setting.
Must be computer literate in utilizing Microsoft Office programs
Must exhibit organizational and communication skills, and efficient time management.
Must have high attention to detail.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines.
Must be confident in communicating issues or concerns experienced on the job.
Must have the ability to ask intelligent questions.
Must be adaptable, resourceful, and a fast learner.
Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
