JOB SUMMARY:
The Call Center Agent- Technical is responsible for diagnosing Antivirus and Firewall application issues and resolving them. They will deal directly with customers who have technical problems such as troubleshooting errors, via phone, chat, and email support.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
These tasks are subject to change depending on the nature of service of the division/department or business direction.
Assist in Installing and configuring computer security applications.
Takes and manages requests that come in by email, and provides live chat, and phone.
Analyze software problems reported by customers and provide solutions if possible.
Identify and reproducible software bugs and submit bug fix requests to our software development team.
Perform remote sessions for troubleshooting and log collection.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate (old curriculum) / SHS graduate / College undergraduate / College graduate
Minimum of 6 months of software technical/BPO experience
Technical savvy
Able to explain technical details in a simple manner
Preferably with experience in supporting Antivirus and Firewall Applications
Computer and Web proficient
Strong listening/comprehension skills
Can type 30 wpm, with 90% accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills required
