BREAD AND PASTRY BAKER
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake European breads and pastries according to established recipes and procedures.
Develop new products and improve existing ones in collaboration with the the consultant.
Ensure all products are of high quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as baker in a commercial bakery or hotel.
Preferably with experience in European breads and pastries.
Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
Passion for baking and willingness to learn and grow.
