JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
The BCP and Logistics Lead will collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions and manage the logistics requirements of a fully remote workplace.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Partner with all CS managers to understand the business requirements and expectations of internal stakeholders and clients alike
• Develop, lead, execute, and maintain a business recovery plan and procedure, as well as review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols
• Launch, implement, monitor, and report business continuity protocols as needed
• Conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions, as well as analyze any potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, and market disruptions
• Collaborate with IT to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters, viruses, and hackers
• Identify and implement recovery operations and methods to allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity if part or all the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed
• Create and facilitate practice drills for plan execution
• Develop and provide staff training on risk management and disaster recovery
• Work with health, safety, and security staff to align the organization’s emergency management plan with established best practices and community standards

• Coordinate with CS managers for overall logistics requirements
• Partner with Office Management as a key stakeholder for CS vendor management

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance
• Minimum of five years relevant work experience with at least two years leading large initiatives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience in a multi-client environment
• Must possess a thorough understanding of risk management
• Must have excellent strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Able to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes
• Able to collaborate with others to develop an emergency plan
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
