1. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in managing educational programs, camps, or related projects.
Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly in English and Korean-speaking contexts, is highly preferred.
Preferably Female below 40yrs of age.
With pleasing personality
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required by camp schedules.
2. Language Skills
Proficient in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Can effectively communicate with Korean-speaking participants, parents, and stakeholders.
Can read and write basic Korean sentences.
3. Leadership and Management
Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and coordinating teams.
Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day camp operations.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or emergencies calmly and effectively.
4. Interpersonal Skills
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with students, staff, parents, and external partners.
A friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor suitable for working with children and teens.
5. Program Development
Experience in planning and implementing educational or extracurricular activities.
Ability to create a fun, engaging, and educational environment for English language learners.
Knowledge of best practices in teaching English as a second language is a plus.
6. Administrative and Organizational Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage logistics, materials, and participant records.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for documentation and reporting.
Ability to prepare reports, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
 
7. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity
Understanding of Korean culture and its influence on education and communication styles.
Sensitivity to the cultural needs of students and parents, ensuring a comfortable environment for all participants.
