Job Description:
Office Management:
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordination of administrative activities.
Data Entry and Record-keeping:
Enter data into databases or spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records and files, both in physical and electronic formats.
Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and other business documents.
Assist in tracking and reconciling expenses.
Process expense reports for approval.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for documents and records.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to executives or team members.
Handle miscellaneous tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office.

Educational Background:
College Graduate
Work Experience:

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Familiarity with office equipment and technology is also important.
Comfort with basic technical troubleshooting and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and office resources efficiently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Attention to detail is crucial for accurate record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation.
