We are seeking a highly organized, experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
 
You will report directly to the Founder / Owner / Manager of the company.
 
This role involves managing government-related processing tasks, personal administrative duties, and business coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Processing: Handle applications, renewals, permits, and other government-related documentation and compliance.
Personal Administration: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements; manage schedules and appointments.
Client Billing and Collection: Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordination with Bookkeeper: Organize and provide necessary documents for tax filings and financial reporting.
General Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, maintain records, and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Knowledge of billing and collection processes

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
