OFFICE SECRETARY
Qualifications:
Experience in processing documents, including government-related documents
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software
Highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of handling pressure
Graduate of any college course; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
High school graduates are also accepted, depending on experience
Job Description:
Prepare monthly sales and expense reports
Process and manage documents, prepare and book orders, and create purchase orders
Perform daily office tasks
