If YOU are a motivated person who looks to impress. You will be reporting directly to the managing director and your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Manage all Admin/Accounting transactions for our two offices
Update daily the inventory list against sales from both offices
Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly sales statements
Monitoring and visiting the stock in the CONSIGNMENT branches
Arrange for daily bank deposits as necessary
Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly reports in any assigned task you will handle.
Assist the other office staff in the Admin Department
Perform other related tasks assigned by the management
Maintain honesty and integrity in the conduct of her job and observe strict confidentiality of any records and documents of the corporation
Develop and implement policies and promote initiatives aligned with the overall strategies of the business
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates of Bachelor of Administration (ADMIN)
Approachable and dependable
Resourceful and Flexible
Have pleasant and strong personalities
Responsible in the assigned task
Willing to work in any possible places that you will be assigned
Fresh Graduate or with/without experience are all WELCOME

YOU will be based in our Lapu Lapu, Maribago office and our office hours are 8am to 5pm, although sometimes it will be expected to work outside of these hours as and when the necessity occurs. Our main function as a company is to focus on our client's satisfaction and our service to all our clients is expected to be 1st class.
 
Successful candidates will be well compensated to include all usual PhilHealth and other Government incentives.
