Job Summary:
 
The Admin Associate provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role includes handling clerical tasks, managing office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and supporting various departments as needed. The Admin Associate plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring that all administrative functions are carried out effectively.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and data entry.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for staff.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure that equipment is properly stocked and functional.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Support administrative tasks for various departments as needed, including HR, finance, and operations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
