ADMIN OFFICER
 
Brief:
 
We are looking for a responsible Admin Officer to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Admin Officer include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain contact lists of suppliers
Able to communicate effectively with existing and potential suppliers
Facilitates the preparation of administrative billings
Prepares RCP (Request for Check Preparation) of all Admin requests.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Coordinates with third parties for repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
Ensures that utility, telco, and other recurring payments are complied accordingly.
Performs clerical tasks (routing of documents, supply monitoring, handling of mails and other promotional materials, and others).
Monitors the usage of all conference rooms.
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Attends to basic technical problems
Requirements and Skills:
A graduate of any business-related/IT courses
Must have related experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like desktop computers, laptops, printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
