Responsibilities:
Work with clients to obtain necessary information and supporting documents for bookkeeping.
Proper categorization and recording of bank transactions in the accounting software.
Reconciliation of bank statements.
Enter vendor and matching invoices (both customer and vendor) with the payments.
Full-charge bookkeeping or any other tasks that are given from time to time.
Maintain the highest focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow instructions and have zealous cooperation with the team.
Our Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
Has strong background in accounting.
Highly analytical and attention to detail.
Excellent in written and oral communication in English.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable in working with new and changing technology.
Prior experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Online, XERO, and other cloud accounting software are desirable.
Can work onsite and on a graveyard shift.
Compensation
The salary will be agreed upon during the hiring process, and the position has approximately 40 hours of work per week.
