ACCOUNTANT
 
Job Overview:
 
The Accountant position supports and assists in the management of the Victory 777 building in accordance with the Management agreements. He / She is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security and janitorial services. He / She handles tenant complaints, service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Accountant also assists in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting, financial performance of the property and perform any other administrative tasks.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Accountancy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 2 years work experience in Accounting.
Knowledge in Property Management is an advantage 
Ability to do multi-task and can work under pressure with less supervision
Fast Learner, honest, dependable and reliable
Must be willing to work in Mandaue City
