ACADEMIC SCHEDULER
Job Descriptions:
Implement and oversee the academic scheduling function (e.g. course fit patterns, blocking schedule, and course change).
Monitors students' attendance.
Plots the new schedule every Monday.
Changes the class schedule every Tuesday and Friday.
Removes graduating students and polishes any changes in the schedule.
Reports to the school director for any updates regarding the class schedule and the total number of teachers.
Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College degree in any field. Preferably graduate of a course in education.
Excellent in both oral and written English communication skills.
Well-versed in grammar.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Working Hours:
08:00 Am to 5:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays. Fixed weekend day off.
