Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or account management
- Proven track record of 3+ years in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in SEM, social media marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrated a sense of ownership and pride in achieving company goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital products such as website design, organic SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies for multiple clients
- Set up and manage Google and Meta paid campaigns
- Implement and monitor call tracking using CallRail
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams and internal fulfillment team regarding digital marketing strategies
- Create Google Ads and social media campaigns based on client objectives and industry best practices
- Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee their execution
- Conduct monthly/quarterly progression calls with clients and sales teams as necessary
- Monitor and analyze Google and social media metrics, providing regular reports
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make adjustments to optimize ROI
- Establish and monitor ROI and campaign KPIs
- Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on them
- Assist with managing incoming requests and escalations as needed
- Take ownership of campaign successes and ensure client satisfaction
