Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing at Logix, the Web & Graphic Designer will design, enhance and maintain our online presence, as well as that of our sister companies.
 
As our business expands and adapts to an increasingly digital marketplace, the need for visually appealing and user-friendly designs becomes crucial. The designer will play a key role in crafting engaging visuals and functional website layout that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
 
Functions & Responsibilities:
·       Design and update web interfaces with a key focus on UX, aiming for a user-friendly experience across all digital platforms.
·       Create engaging graphic content for our websites, social media, content and promotional campaigns.
·       Collaborate with the management to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
·       Optimize product graphics and web design for mobile and desktop to ensure functionality and scalability.
·       Monitor industry trends and technologies to keep our design fresh and competitive.
 
Experience & Knowledge
 
·       Proven experience in graphics designing or a similar role.
·       Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
·       Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
·       Organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·       At least 4 years' experience in both web & graphic design.
 
Note: This position requires working from our office location in Cebu. 
 
Remote work or relocation assistance is not available for this role.
