We will be replacing a SaaS system used by many users.
Defines purpose-based requirements and devises implementation methods, encouraging the team to adopt a similar approach of autonomy and creativity.
Develop and implement solutions regardless of whether it's back-end.
Focuses on system design and development, optimizing software architecture and integrating new technologies.
Software infrastructure setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support continuous improvement: Investigating alternatives and technologies
Minimum Requirements:
A person who really likes system development!!
At least 2 years of experience in Web Application backend
Seeking a skilled professional proficient in any of the following: TypeScript, NestJS, React, or Vue.
MySQL especially logical database design and optimization
Basic/Proficient Linux skills
Git proficient
Nice to Have:
Back-end skills(PHP Laravel, Ruby on Rails, NestJS)
Basic/Proficient Linux skills
Front-end skills (TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Nuxt.js)
Development using automatically generated AI
Extra Awesome:
Business-level Japanese communication skills.
N1/N2 Level (we offer a good incentive)
Working experience as JP on-site engineer for more than a year.
