HIRING: WARRANTY PROCESSOR
Responsibilities:
Review, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently to ensure timely reimbursement from Subaru.
Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims, including all supporting documentation and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and Subaru representatives to resolve warranty-related issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all warranty claims adhere to Subaru's guidelines and policies to minimize rejections and maximize reimbursements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the warranty processing workflow.
Qualifications:
A Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Technical Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or Vocational Automotive Course.
With at least 1-year experience in Automotive Industry
Previous warranty processor experience preferred but not required - we welcome candidates with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
