The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery Auto here in the Philippines is in need of:
Warranty Officer
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible in reviewing and validating claims submitted by the Dealer Network and ensures that all claims are timely filed and communicated to Foton China/ Lovol. Ensures that all claims are monitored closely and timely until completion.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviews warranty documents to validate Dealer's warranty claim/s.
2. Supports dealer network in the processing their claims by checking the requirements and communicates to them timely any lacking documents/requirements.
3. Determines warranty repair eligibility in accordance with program guidelines through technical analysis of repair, adherence to warranty policies and procedures and proper claiming of parts and labor.
4. Closely monitors or tracks status of submitted claim documentation until completion.
5. Timely provides feedback to dealers on warranty claim concerns and provides excellent customer service.
6. Tracks and monitors closely claim payment system for potential issues.
7.Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Head or VP for Heavy Business
EDUCATION
Graduate of Automotive Technology or Automotive Servicing from technical Institutions
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience in an automotive industry
SKILLS
Strong communication skills, listening to the caller, digesting the information and effectively conveying a solution quickly and efficiently.
ABILITIES
Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel,) and claims related software applications. The ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) as well as the calculation of averages and percentages.
