Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
The Warehouseman Lead contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations, ensuring that products are handled and distributed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Ensure the team's compliance to standard processes and procedures
•Receiving spare parts, unloading shipments, and verifying items against documentation.
• Conduct visual inspections during receiving and releasing of stocks to identify damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
•Properly store and categorize items in designated areas, following the instructions and layout provided.
•Maintain warehouse organization for easy accessibility and safety.
•Assist with cycle counts and spare parts checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
•Report discrepancies to supervisors.
•Ensures that the quality and quality of warehouse items are accurate
