Job Description
• Preparation of the dining area and table set-ups prior to the opening of the hotel's dining establishment
• Present the menu selections and inform the customers on special menus offered by the hotel
• Taking food and beverage orders of the guests
• Clearing of dishes from the table as guests finish their meals.
• Process customer's bills, payments and provide receipts and cash change, if any
• Rearranging tables and performs proper hygiene for the upcoming customers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Preferably with experience in hotel's dining establishment
• Ability to communicate in basic English language
• With pleasing personality and ability to interact professionally with hotel guests
• With good physical built and strength to carry trays of food and drinks as well as prolonged standing throughout the work shift.
