WAITER / BARTENDER
Education and or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or College degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Flexible and accommodating;
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meets and greets guest warmly;
Maintain high standard of safety and cleanliness in the area of assignment;
Attend pre and post shift meetings to ensure smooth operations;
Practices courtesy at all times;
Maintain proper hygiene and good grooming standard at all times;
Developing new cocktail recipes;
Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials;
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers;
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked;
Assists in raising store and purchase requisitions of the department; and
Assist Team Leader and Department Head for the implementation and realization of departmental goals.
