Handle client's inquiries by phone and email
Provide day-to-day Administrative and Accounting support.
Light Bookkeeping
Data entry and records management.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year course
Preferably with Bookkeeping experience
Background in Data entry and accounting records
Background in Real Estate Contract and Form Management is a plus
With work experience in Virtual Assistance of one year or more
With at least 6 months experience in BPO/Call Center is a plus
Adept with important computer skills including MS Office/G-Suite Applications
Knowledgeable in email and chat etiquette. Disciplined and has a great attitude towards work
Well-versed in English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Management and administrative skills
Able to organize files and effectively retrieve data
Has initiative to learn, with keen attention to details. Good analytical skills in a problem-solving environment
Capable of meeting deadlines
Highly proactive
