STOCK CLERK
 
Responsibilities
Performs transfer of requested stocks from the main branch to other store branches and departments
Processes shipment of orders to customers
Contacts vendors to order supplies, processes paperwork related to supply requests
Receives, inspects, and verifies supplies received against invoice and packing slips, and stores and organizes them in the stockroom
Recommends items that need to be replensied in a timely manner
Maintains detailed inventory records of stocked items, incoming and outgoing shipments, and minimum and maximum inventory levels
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field but preferably in a computer-related field
No work experience required
Preferably with experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
Must be computer-literate
Willing to multi-task and render overtime
Willing to have their day off on any day of the week
Willing to start ASAP
