TRAINING STAFF
 
Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct training and evaluate trainee performance based on a given set of metrics. 
Create training materials for specific topics, line-of-businesses, or accounts.
Coordinate with other teams and clients to determine training needs and goals.
Ensure that all information received is updated and easy to understand.
Identify skill gaps among employees to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide support to operations teams whenever it is necessary or applicable.
Qualifications:
College graduates of any field are encouraged to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 
Customer service experience is preferred but is not required. 
Knowledge of teaching/training methods and strategies is preferred but is not required.
Confident and knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Should be willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
Should be willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
Should be willing to undergo training. 
Available to start immediately.
