Job Description
 
Training and Development Officer have the duty of managing the learning and professional development of an organization's workforce. They assess the training needs of the employees, facilitate schemes and arrange training days.
 
Main Tasks
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop systems and maintain training technical standards for delivering training strategies by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Analyzing training needs in quality training to support academic excellence and transition to work
Improve operational efficiency in delivery of training programs .
Planning, directing and delivering training and development programmes including staff inductions, to accomplish the organisation's goals.
Developing individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.
Designing and implementing appropriate learning strategies
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organisation as a whole.
Act with delegated authority over developing new innovative training programs to generate income
Reporting on Training Plan and outcomes to the CEO and undertake regular evaluation
Develop reports for the CEO as required Key Selection Criteria Essential Criteria
Skills and Qualities:
Good communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to relate effectively with a range of stakeholders
Ability to deliver programs to a high quality.
Business awareness and commercially focused.
Leadership and strong management skills.
Ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong influence and negotiation skills.
Integrity and approach ability.
College graduate with level qualification in teaching/training with minimum of 3 years work experience
Experience in Medical Field/Aesthetic Service is advantage
Sociable and able to interact with different types of people
With professional bearing and vibrant personality
Has passion for BEAUTY
