RATE: High Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Mentor and train junior sales agents, sharing best practices and providing feedback to help them achieve their professional goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Call Center/BPO Sales is STRICTLY REQUIRED.
Call Center/BPO Sales Experience with a background in Travel/Leisure/Reservations is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent Communication Skills.
