Tallant Asia is looking for an Outbound Telesales representative for a based in Australia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizing technology & systems, making outbound sales calls to consumers, answering inbound calls from interested prospects, following-up with interested customers, listening to customer needs, & assisting customers with their questions as well as helping resolve any service related concerns they may have
Pro-actively develops and manages strong business relationships using telephone and email resources to prospect accounts by providing exemplary service and support
Consultatively sells products and services, provides alternative product/service solutions to exceed customer expectations, prepares quotes, follows up on orders, and solves client-related problems
Routinely identifies new opportunities to market and promote our clients to the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Ability to listen and interpret the needs of the prospect.
Ability to show proper judgement and initiative.
Ability to manage multiple prospects, pay close attention to detail, respond quickly to changing business needs and prioritize and organize effectively even when volume and workload exceed expectations.
Must effectively work independently as well as with others
