Job Description
Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances
Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work
Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, e
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers, reciprocating chillers, 250 ton centrifugal and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, and various heat exchange
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
With strong knowledge in Ducted Split, VRV and package experience.
