The role of a Technical Sales Representative is to combine technical knowledge with excellent sales skills to promote and sell products or services to clients. This position requires a strong technical background, as well as excellent sales and communication skills to effectively convey the value and benefits of the services/product.
• Collaborate with the company's technical team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' products to provide relevant advice and recommendations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance assistance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience selling antivirus.
• Has knowledge about antivirus.
• Proven experience in technical sales
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, closing deals and with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and productivity tools.
• Active listening skills to understand customer requirements and address their concerns.
• Is amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
• Can start immediately.
