Qualifications:
 
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a subject matter expert or supervisory
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools
· Excellent knowledge of employment laws, especially the ones related to recruitment
· Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
· Can work flexible working hours when required on occasion to meet work load and deadline needs.

Key Accountabilities of the role:
· Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and performance excellence.
· Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
· Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing process to identify and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
· Selection Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and provide strategic recruitment support.
· Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
· Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
· Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the Talent Acquisition team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support recruitment initiatives and achieve business objectives
TASKS:
 
· Provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling the sourcing requirements of the enterprise
· Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process
· Make sure that Talent Acquisition ADB and other important trackers are correct and on-track
· Collaborate with the hiring managers in creating and planning the hiring calendar
