JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers.
Strong understanding of child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
Ability to live-in and adapt to the family's schedule and needs.
