LICENSED OFFICE CIVIL ENGINEER
 
The Office Engineer will be in charge of supervising and supporting construction projects, such as analyzing plans and specifications, generating and managing project schedules, monitoring project progress, and tracking expenses and change orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure project success, collaborate with project team members such as architects, engineers, and contractors, consultants, external agencies, property owners, and other utility services.
Examine and analyze building plans and specifications to guarantee code and regulatory compliance. Review and process construction for project design submittals, ensuring that forms adhere to current standards.
Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone and deadline tracking.
Make project records that include information such as field progress, field conditions, equipment usage, and corrective measures.
Prepare and disseminate project stakeholders' progress and status reports.
As needed, provide technical assistance to project team members.
Prepare project financial reports and monitor and track project costs, including change orders. In charge of administrative duties such as processing and reviewing progress payments for contractors.
Prepare a monthly report on the status of the allocated project using timetables, cost spreadsheets, and analysis.
Ensure that bid packets include appropriate engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for the bid document.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, as well as participation in cross-training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Female
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
LICENSED Civil Engineer
Licensed Driver, preferably with own motorcycle - preferred but not required
With 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience as an Office Engineer
Can work with less supervision, self-driven and can handle pressure, excellent verbal and communication skills, keen to details, must be willing to be assigned in different sites, highly organized, active listening and verbal communication skills, must be knowledgeable with AutoCAD, Estimates, and Microsoft Excel/Project
Complete with the 4 government numbers and documents (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN).
Can start ASAP!
