We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher or Pre-School Teacher to join our team. This role is open to professionals with experience working with children with special needs and a strong background in child development.
Qualifications:
Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant experience working with children or toddlers, particularly those with special needs.
Background in any of the following professions is highly preferred:
Nurse
Occupational Therapist
Speech Therapist
Physical Therapist
Psychologist
ABA Therapist
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in managing a clinic or business.
Strong understanding of child development and tailored learning approaches.
Exceptional communication, patience, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each child's needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for each child.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth management of the clinic or program.
Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve organizational goals.
