SPA RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
Entertain receive customers warmly with a smile.
Hear the complaints of the customer and should act on it accordingly.
Shall maintain the worksheet properly
Should not leave the counter without properly turning over to a substitute.
Should maintain the rules in assigning therapist to customers.
Should know how to convince customers to choose higher paid massage.
Should maintain inventories of supplies. And follow procedure in requesting supplies. Request forms should be used.
Should submit the payroll report on time otherwise the payroll will be delayed.
Qualifications:
Preferably Female
Graduate in any 4 years course
Experience is advantage but not necessarily
Good communication skills
Possess a good leadership skills
Can work under less supervision
Hard working and honest
