Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
With good communication skills and is proficient in using Ms word, excel and power-point
Must be optimistic and flexible to changes at work
Creative, honest and open-minded
Job Description:
Recording of all orders details.
Pack items should be accounted for before placing into container.
Label package with proper vital information.
Monitor inventory of shipped items.
Prepares quotations and shipping documents for bill creation.
Update shipment status to sales and customers.
Provide a weekly shipping schedule.
Troubleshoot BL and shipment documents issues.
Ensure complete documents (BL) and other receipts available and forward to accounting department for safe keeping.
