HIRING: SERVICE SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Proven 3-5 years experience as a Service Supervisor/Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees at all levels.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Proficient in using service management software systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring workflow and productivity are optimized.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Monitor service department performance metrics, such as productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, to ensure smooth service delivery and maximum efficiency.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Manage and control inventory, ensuring proper stocking levels of essential parts and supplies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, implementing innovative strategies to improve service quality and department performance.
