Job Description
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Responsible for resolving filtered tickets or escalating issues relating to hardware, software and other computer related issues exhausting all possible means through parts replacement and/or buffer unit issuance forwarded by Service Desk Specialists via Service Desk systems.
As a Service Specialist you are tasked with the responsibility to resolve and close issue tickets for PLDT and Smart End users. To diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve and report issues and faults relating to the incidents.
Provide prompt actions and use troubleshooting skills to resolve the incident within our SLA.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Minimum education requirement: College Graduate preferably in Computer Engineering or similar Courses.
Relevant experience and minimum years required
Strong Computer Hardware and Software Skills
Experienced as Service Desk Engineer is preferred
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Basic skills required
Language: English or Filipino
Computer: Computer Savvy
Technical: Strong Computer Hardware and Software knowledge
Certifications or Others:
Special competence required: TESDA NC2 Certified, Other software related certification is a plus.
