Job Description
I. Primary Function:
1. He assumes supervisory tasks over the engineers
2. Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization.
3. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes.
4. Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including labor, energy and raw materials.
5. Provide/administer the maintenance, process and technical support for the continuous improvement of the line
II. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise overall line process and controls. Ensure that all the processes are meeting the required yield based from Amertron management and customer expectations.
2. Maintain consistent communications to management of process indicators and their analysis as
well as other process engineering activities and issues through weekly reports.
3. Assume leadership resolution of line issues through meetings with other engineering staff and
other department personnel.
4. Maintain constant communications with Process Engineers and assistant engineers through weekly staff meetings.
5. Translate sectional objectives into individual objectives (in unison with departmental objectives)
6. Assist other engineering sections in achieving compliance to product and process requirements
(Team work).
7. Responsible for qualification and evaluation of new material, process and product as well.
8. Perform electrical analysis to resolve test and product issues together with the Product Engineer.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
III. Job Specification and Qualification
Educational Attainment : Graduate of Engineering Course preferably ECE,EE,COE or ME
License : N/A
Training/Work Experience : Preferably with minimum of 4 years working experience as a Quality Assurance engineer.
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month
